Joshua S. Levine is a private investor and advisor. He is a Managing Director of Kita
Capital Management, LLC, an investment management firm. Prior to September 2005,
Levine was the Chief Technology and Operations Officer of E*TRADE FINANCIAL Corp.
The company is the largest online financial services company, with over 4.3 million
accounts and 2005 revenues of $1.7 billion with net income of $430 million.
As the Chief Technology and Operations Officer, he was responsible for the company's global customer operations, a staff of 1,800 worldwide and an annual spend of $350 million, including brokerage, banking and lending operations, customer service and the operations and development of the award winning technologies of etrade.com.
Before March 2003, he was a member of the company's Office of the President, managing global company operations. In addition to Chief Technology Officer, he was the Managing Director in charge of the company's European business, with subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Israel and South Africa. Levine brought the European business from a loss of $60 million in 2001 to breakeven in 2002 and profitability in 2003. In 2004 and 2005, Europe had the highest growth rate of all the company's businesses.

Before joining E*TRADE FINANCIAL in October 1999, Levine was Managing Director and Global Head of Equity Technology at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for the global technology development and systems for Equity Sales and Trading, Equity Finance and Equity Derivatives. At Deutsche Bank, he successfully led the integration of two major acquisitions, Bankers Trust and NatWest Markets.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, Levine was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley serving in various leading technology roles for 12 years, starting in April 1985. He delivered many products including program trading systems for Japanese and U.S. markets, risk management systems and proprietary market data platforms.
Levine is a director of Xceedium, Inc., Securify, Inc., Archivas, Inc. and is a director and audit committee chair of Logical Information Machines, Inc. He is a former director of StorageApps, Inc. purchased by Hewlett-Packard for $350 million.
He is a member of the National Counter-Terrorism Center's Industry Advisory Board within the Department of National Intelligence, a group of eight senior IT executives, who provide guidance on issues pertaining to strategic information systems. Levine is a former member of the Georgia Technology Authority board, appointed by the governor for a 3-year term in July 2000.
In 1985, Levine co-authored a textbook, "Application Systems in APL", published by Prentice-Hall. In 2001, he gave the commencement address at the University of Georgia, Southern Polytechnic State and received an honorary Doctor of Science.

Morgan is a Managing Partner of the firm and brings over 15 years of experience with information technology companies as an investor, investment banker and finance executive. He focuses primarily on investments in application and infrastructure software, with an emphasis on security, data management and data integration.
Morgan currently serves on the Board, or is a Board observer, of Actional, Gamma Technologies, Immunix (acquired by Novell), Saqqara, and Siperian. Prior investments and Board seats include NetSec (acquired by MCI), Security Focus (acquired by Symantec) and Sanera Systems (acquired by McData).
Before joining ArrowPath, Morgan was Vice President of Corporate Development and New Ventures at E*TRADE Financial. Prior to E*TRADE, Morgan was CFO and Vice President of Business Development of Urbanite Systems, a venture-backed Internet software company. Prior to Urbanite, Morgan was a Principal at Volpe Brown Whelan, where he was head of the firm's healthcare technology investment banking group. He was also a member of the technology investment banking group at Alex. Brown & Sons.
Morgan received his B.A. in History from Wesleyan University and M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ernest is a Director with Nationwide Mutual Capital, where he focuses on investments in enterprise software and business services. He currently serves on the boards of Xceedium, Metallect and SpineMatrix, in addition to working closely with portfolio companies BDNA Corporation, ISD Corporation, and Lombardi Software.
Prior to joining Nationwide Mutual Capital, Ernest managed the investment process across numerous transactions for Reservoir Venture Partners, a venture capital firm targeting seed and early stage technology companies with an emphasis on information technology and biosciences, and Innovation Works, a seed stage investment organization. Prior to Reservoir, Ernest spent over 9 years in senior technology management operating roles. He has held leadership positions with venture-backed Internet startups (e-Steel and Autodaq Corporation), a high growth public enterprise software company (Interwoven), and a Fortune 1000 corporation (LTV Steel) in marketing, sales, R&D and manufacturing. In addition, Ernest has served with two top consulting firms, Booz Allen & Hamilton and NezTech Corporation.
Ernest received an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he focused on entrepreneurial finance, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics, with a minor in economics, where he graduated magna cum laude while earning the Michael L. Wolfe Prize for creativity in engineering.

Cheryl Traverse joined Xceedium as president and CEO in November of 2005, and has since pioneered the development of Xceedium's market position, product portfolio, sales traction and overall organizational performance.
Cheryl joined Xceedium from Immunix, Inc., where she served as president, CEO and Chairman of the board. While there, she restructured the technology for a new market space (Host Intrusion Prevention), created significant sales traction with OEMs, strategic alliances and enterprise customers and successfully sold the company to Novell, Inc. She previously served and President/CEO of Covigo Inc., a mobile middleware provider, which was purchased by Symbol. She also served as President/CEO of Taviz Technology, brightinfo.com which was sold to Annuncio/Peoplesoft and was an EVP with iBand that was sold to Macromedia.
Cheryl's extensive executive management background also includes building a $600 million direct marketing business for Sprint with an organization of over 800+ people, growing a $60M revenue stream to $130M for MCI and building a $25 million direct marketing business for Gupta Corporation.
Due to her exceptional leadership, Cheryl has been honored with the TrailBlazer Award in 2002 and the LodeStar Award in 2003 from the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. Cheryl holds a BA degree from Wilkes University and an MS degree from Hofstra University. She sits on the advisory board and mentoring forum of the Astia (formerly the Women's Technology Cluster), and on the advisory board of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs.
