Xceedium Forms Advisory Board; Welcomes Charter Member Donn B. Atkins

30-Year IBM Veteran to Help Guide Company through Next Global Growth Phase

Jersey City, NJ – May 3, 2007 – Xceedium, the premier provider of secure access for technical and untrusted users, today announced the formation of a new Advisory Board and named long-time IBM veteran Donn B. Atkins as its charter member. The Board will grow to include a variety of leading enterprise solution, network security, regulatory compliance and other experts who can provide industry-specific expertise to help Xceedium build on its early success in the financial services, government, healthcare and other sectors.

Mr. Atkins recently retired from IBM after 30 years. In his last position as the General Manager, IBM Global Business Partners, he led IBM's go-to-market efforts with 100,000 business partners around the world, driving over one third of IBM's revenue. He first joined IBM in 1977 and has since held a number of sales and management positions that led to his most recent string of top ranking global executive posts, which included Vice President, Worldwide Software Sales and Marketing (2002-2004);General Manager, Latin America (1999-2002);General Manager, Software Sales, Americas (1998-1999); and General Manager, Worldwide Personal Software Products (1997-1998).

In addition to serving as a member of IBM's Worldwide Management Council, Mr. Atkins founded and chaired the Latin America Basic Education Initiative, which brought together global and regional corporations to promote quality education across the region by establishing partnerships with local government entities and businesses. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College and received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
