The Xceedium Federal Advisory Board was formed to bring together executives from enterprise and government industries who provide specific expertise to help Xceedium build on its early successes and continue its growth. Each member of the Advisory Board brings a wealth of experience to support the global expansion and strategic development of Xceedium.

Prior to Synteractive, Paul worked for networking giant, Cisco Systems, where he led the North American Public Sector’s Internet Business Solutions Group.

Throughout his career, Paul held several esteemed positions in the public sector. Notably, he served as subcommittee staff director in the U.S. Senate, as the Deputy CIO of the U.S. Department of Defense for the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and Administrator of the Research and Innovative Technology Administration at the U.S. Department of Transportation.

While at GAO, Brubaker led the effort that resulted in passage of the Information Technology Management Reform Act (now known as the Clinger-Cohen Act). The act linked federal investment in technology to measurable improvements in mission performance and established CIO positions in major federal agencies.

She also brings a 15-year relationship with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Haave also worked to transition advanced technology into the operational forces in the areas of command and control, communications, information management, unmanned vehicles and war gaming.
