Technical Training
Xceedium offers its customers technical training for the Xceedium GateKeeper. The training includes both knowledge transfer as well as hands-on labs.
Training Overview
The training for customers provides attendees with a deep technical understanding of the GateKeeper and real world case studies to enable them to easily install, configure, operate and maintain the solution.
Who Should Take This Training
The training is targeted to:
- IT administrators in networking and/or security functions
- Technical support engineers who provide ongoing support and maintenance
Prerequisite Knowledge
People who attend the course should have a basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, authentication protocols, access protocols, and basic system administration skills.
